✅ Eligible Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns accepted for:
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Size or variant error
  • Item damaged during delivery (photo/video proof required)
  • Manufacturing defects

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Customized jerseys (with printed name or number), unless defective
• Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags
• Return requests submitted after the 14-day window

💰 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If returning for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

🔁 Exchange Options

• We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).
• If the requested replacement is out of stock, you can choose a refund or wait for restock.

⏱️ Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
